The start of something new...

It started as a thought. I knew that I eventually wanted to start my own business or work on something different than what I have currently do. I also knew that I wanted to be creative with whatever I decided to do. I constantly want to work with my hands and create things, wheater it is making a piece of clothing for myself of DIYing Christmas ornaments.

It took me a while to figure it out. After a while, it finally hit me. Why not decorating?

I have always loved watching Youtube videos of decorators and DIYers as well as helping friends and family work on their spaces. Before my husband and I purchased our house, I had moodboards and items picked out. I was constantly looking at different things online and in stores. I may not have the degree to work with contractors but, that doesn't mean I can't paint and decorate homes.

Now with this new adventure I can expand my design and decorating skills and help people in the process. I want to be able to help as many people as I can with decorating their spaces. I want to help people feel good and cozy in their homes. Not just decorating for everyday, but for holidays and special occasions as well.

I am hopeful that this adventure will go well. Am I nervous? Of course. It is worth the stress and risk.
